Mont Rubí produce wines in a traditional style made from indigenous varieties, with the vast majority of their wines being monovarietal bottlings. Their goal is to produce wines with great personality and depth that will transport the wine lover to this unique place in the world. Black is a young, fruity wine with aromas of wild berry, plum and violets. Silky smooth blackberry flavours dominate the palate and linger continuing from one sip to the next.

It is a nicely smooth and charming wine, the fresh touch of the Sangiovese combined with red berries notes and a delicate spicy touch of black pepper. It is a ready to drink wine with an easy approach, a ripe and very well balanced expression of Sangiovese from the South of Tuscany.

This organic, vegan friendly white made from the Xarel-lo grape from 45 year old vines has been called the Chablis of Spain. It is simply an energised, textured, dry white with notes of apple and pear and thoroughly delicious.
