STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
This natural wine (no sulphites used) is fermented in locally made clay amphoras. Once fermentation finishes the wine remains in the amphora for a further four months on its lees. This allows the wine to evolve as oxygen interacts with it through the porous clay. Read more.
