Domaine Latour-Giraud is a family run estate in the Côte de Beaune. The current wine-maker is Jean-Pierre Latour, alongside his sister Florence. Their production is 80% white wines. This wine is named for their two grandfathers, Charles Latour and Maxime Giraud. The wines of Meursault are as highly regarded as those of its southern neighbour Puligny-Montrachet.
Despite the devastating frosts of 2017, this wine is a precise expression of the terroir; elegant, feminine, round and soft with fresh acidity and notes of hazelnut. Floral and nose. Seductive on the palate due to its purity, citrus & mineral notes with a hint of saline.
