STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Born in Bordeaux, Hervé Joyaux Fabre went to Argentina in the 90’s looking for investment potential in wineries. He was very impressed with the opportunity to develop Malbec in Mendoza. His wines are always fruit driven, with the use of oak in a supporting role. Read more.
From a vineyard over 50 years old, this wine has spent a year in oak and then a year ageing in bottle prior to its release. It has a complex, yet elegant bouquet of dark berry fruit. It is a well-balanced wine with delicate silky tannins.
