Wines from 60 crus go into this blend, with 40% reserve wines of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which have an average age of 10 years.
Vivacious, long-lasting bubbles are a result of the long, slow maturation in chalk cellars. Rich, complex aromas of toast, almond and apricot give way to lush, velvety fruit flavours.
