STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Farmed sustainably and hand-harvested across a selection of notable plots. This cuvée is made from a selection of Pinot Noir from some of the finest terroir across the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. These include Volnay, Chorey-lès-Beaune and Fixin. Names that will be familiar to lovers of good Burgundy everywhere. The Bourgogne Côte d’Or appellation is fairly new, starting with 2017 vintage and the estate itself only started producing in 2016. These factors combine to produce a wine that we believe is seriously under-valued for a region whose prices can sometimes be stratospheric.
