STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

Hand picked, entirely vinified on the estate. Beaujolais vinification with entire bunch using semi-carbonic maceration, 4 to 5 days vatting, thermal regulation in liquid phase (16 to 18°C) to keep the fruitiness.
