This family-run estate has always had two goals in mind: consistency and quality. Which results in delivering the highest possible wine quality every year. The estate’s wines known for its low per-hectare yields (65 hl/ha), relatively late, selective harvesting of fully ripe grapes. These factors contribute to the consistency the family wants to achieve, making Pfeffingen wines truly unmistakable.
