STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
The Chateau de Luc, anchored in the heritage of Cathare, is the home of the Fabre family (Louis, Claire, and their children) and the central office for their multiple wineries. An extraordinary underground cellar favours optimum winemaking. The vineyards of Chateau de Luc have a rich diversity of soils: recent alluvial soil, rolled pebble soil, and deep plots of limestone that dates back to the Miocene. They offer little fertility and high minerality.
