Text-book Pouilly-Fumé with some age. Stone fruit aromatics of white peaches and nectarine alongside grassy fern. On the palate you get grapefruit, vanilla and hazelnut with a toasty edge. All rounded off with an an enveloping, distinctly mineral-driven finish.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Its safe to say that Sauvignon Blanc is familiar to all wine lovers out there but the mention of “Pouilly-Fumé” can leave some perplexed. Vibrant, vivacious and with a distinct flinty character, it is a cornerstone of all that is great about the Loire. A region we still believe that’s underappreciated. Our relationship with the LeBrun family stretches back to 2004 with good reason. Year after year they produce complex wines that showcase quality.
