STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

Trimbach have been making wine in Alsace since 1626. The Trimbach’s have a purist vision. For over three centuries and across 13 generations, the family has produced wines that are structured, long-lived, fruity, elegant and balanced: the celebrated Trimbach style. The family personally looks after each operation, from planting to harvests and from vinification to bottling.

OUR IMPRESSION

Pinot Blanc is often an overlooked varietal, However, in the hands of one of Alsaces most historic families, it can be so much more beguiling. Trimbachs version is redolent of apple and pear with spicy nuance and subtle acidity making it both an ideal food pairing wine and thoroughly enjoyable aperitif wine for warm day.
