Heretat Mont Rubí One Nights Rosé, 2020

"Made from the sumoll grape, which is native to the Penedes DO, this organic rosé comes with a Vinolok glass closure. Along with garnacha and xarel-lo, it has beautiful floral aromas, stone fruit and an inviting minerality. On the palate it is clean and fresh, with light strawberry notes and a hint of apricot.
