Jason Baffa, Chris Del Moro and Piergiorgio Castellani have collaborated to establish this winery, which they farm organically. They met while film-maker Baffa was travelling in Italy filming “Bella Vita”. They are inspired by surfing, organic food, family and wine! A true Italian/Californian collaboration.
This wine has rich aromas of apples and pears with hints of citrus. The palate is bright and fresh with wonderful fruit flavours.
