Krohn was established in 1865 and has developed a reputation for its tawny ports. This tawny port has aged for 10 years in barrels giving gradual oxidization which imparts a nuttiness to the wine.
This is a refined 10 year old tawny port, with complex sweet fruit flavours. Lots of nutty, caramel flavours in this well-balanced wine. This is a delicious dessert wine, but it would also go well with cheeses.
