The vineyard for this wine is clay and limestone based and south facing and it ripens early giving rich flavours which are captured by controlled fermentation in stainless steel before ageing for nine months on lees, which adds body and a creamy texture to the attractive peach and pear fruit with a touch of hazelnut and a clean citrus finish. Enjoy it with pork and chicken dishes but also salmon or tofu dishes.
