Distinctly fresh and precise Grüner Veltliner

Classically-styled Grüner with bright and floral aromas of ferns, laurel leaves and fresh pears. The palate is fresh with flavours of green apple, lime and pink grapefruit as well as a rich herbal seam of white pepper and thyme. The flavours are pristine and exquisite. All rounded off with a succulent and lemon-tinged finish.

Kremstel is the heartland of fine Austrian wine and Franz Turk is regularly hailed as one of its outstanding producers and the list of awards to his name is staggering. Grüner is his speciality, with 75% of his vineyards (some dating from the 13th Century) commited to the grape. Extremely versatile, this wine provides an outstnading alternative for those of you looking for a Sauvignon Blanc alternative.
