Their vision was to craft unique terroir wines using the local grape varieties such as Xarel-lo, Sumoll, Garnacha and of course subscribing to an organic winemaking philosophy. This winery was the first to release a monovarietal Sumoll in the world. Read more.
This organic, vegan friendly white made from the Xarel-lo grape from 45 year old vines has been called the Chablis of Spain. It is simply an energised, textured, dry white with notes of apple and pear and thoroughly delicious.
